Factory Motor Parts is seeking an Auto Parts Professional to handle customer calls, identify needs, sell automotive parts, and strengthen customer relationships. You willLookup parts in our catalogs and process orders with accuracy, while maintaining knowledge of warranties, promotions, and sales programs.

The role requires 3 years of automotive parts experience, 1–2 years in sales/customer service, and strong communication skills. ASE certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience with automotive parts.
• 1–2 years of sales and customer service experience.
• Ability to look up parts in cataloging systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong mechanics knowledge; ASE certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Look up auto parts in our catalogs system.
• Process customer orders with high accuracy.
• Trouble shoot and make recommendations to meet customer needs.
• Maintain strong product knowledge of auto parts, warranties, promotions, and sales programs.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
