Job summary

Dierolf Plumbing & Water Treatment is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative to be the face of our company. You’ll handle inquiries, schedule service visits, and coordinate with field technicians to ensure a seamless customer experience.

We value empathy, clear communication, and teamwork. Candidates should be comfortable with CRM tools, Outlook, Excel, and basic cashier duties. Training and a supportive culture are provided to help you grow with us.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or dispatch preferred.
• Experience with ServiceTitan a plus (training provided).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle high volumes of inquiries.
• Comfort with CRM systems and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver world-class customer experience via phone, text, email, chat, and in person.
• Use ServiceTitan to schedule service appointments and installations.
• Answer inquiries, resolve issues, and offer tailored solutions.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude at all times.
• Communicate clearly to help customers feel heard and supported.
• Collaborate with field technicians and other departments to get the job done right.
• Document customer interactions and update records in our system.
• Assist with general office and admin tasks to support daily operations.
• Handle light cashier duties and transactions at the counter.
