Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience at our East Stroudsburg location. You will assist customers, handle sales transactions at the register, and help maintain store cleanliness and stock levels.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register and maintain cash security.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock merchandise including bathrooms and floors.
• Receive merchandise and help unload trucks; stock replenishment per productivity standards.
• Provide a positive, safe, respectful environment and professional interactions.
