Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to provide a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, process sales, and ensure a clean, well-stocked store.

The role requires strong customer service, organizational, and communication skills, plus the ability to lift 30–50 lbs and stand for long periods. This is a part-time position with opportunities to grow within the company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Prior customer service experience in retail or similar environments is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks and stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and staff.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including restrooms and floors.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
