Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a Customer Service Associate in Quakertown, PA to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle transactions at the register, and help keep the store clean and stocked.

Role requires strong customer service, organization, and communication skills, with physical capability to lift 30–50 lbs. This is a part-time position with opportunities to grow within the company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and meet demands of walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills required.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks and stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and associates.
