Job summary

Berglund of Bedford is seeking a Customer Experience Coordinator to be the main point of contact for customers while supporting our service and sales teams. You will answer calls, schedule appointments, process payments, and assist with daily operations to ensure a smooth visit.

This full-time role runs Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm, offering a competitive hourly wage and benefits as part of Berglund Automotive's customer-first culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
• Previous customer service or coordinator experience preferred.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and efficiency.
• Coordinate appointments, schedules, and follow-ups to ensure timely service delivery.
• Maintain accurate customer records, filing, and update databases as required.
• Collaborate with sales, service, and support teams to create a cohesive customer experience.
• Must be able to lift up to 10 lbs.
