Job summary

Berglund of Bedford is seeking a Customer Experience Coordinator to be a primary contact for customers while supporting service and sales teams. You will answer calls, schedule appointments, process payments, and assist with daily operations to ensure a positive customer experience.

The role runs Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm and requires strong communication, reliability, and teamwork in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in customer service is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
• Previous customer service or coordinator experience preferred.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and efficiency.
• Coordinate appointments, schedules, and follow-ups to ensure timely service delivery.
• Maintain accurate customer records, filing, and update databases as required.
• Collaborate with sales, service, and support teams to create a cohesive customer experience.
• Must be able to lift up to 10 lbs.
