Job summary

Berglund of Bedford is seeking a Customer Experience Coordinator to be the primary contact for customers and to support service and sales teams. You will answer calls, schedule appointments, process payments, and assist with daily operations to ensure a smooth and positive dealership experience.

This on-site role runs Monday–Friday 8 am to 5 pm in Bedford, VA. Ideal candidates bring strong communication skills, previous customer service or coordinator experience, and a team-oriented attitude to

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in customer service is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
• Previous customer service or coordinator experience preferred.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and efficiency.
• Coordinate appointments, schedules, and follow-ups to ensure timely service delivery.
• Maintain accurate customer records, filing, and update databases as required.
• Collaborate with sales, service, and support teams to create a cohesive customer experience.
• Must be able to lift up to 10 lbs.
