Job summary

Berglund of Bedford seeks a Customer Experience Coordinator to be a primary contact for customers and to support our service and sales teams. You will answer calls, schedule appointments, process payments, and help with daily operations to create a positive dealership experience.

The role runs Monday–Friday, 8 am–5 pm, with opportunities for growth in a collaborative, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; a certification in customer service is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
• Previous customer service or coordinator experience preferred.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and efficiency.
• Coordinate appointments, schedules, and follow-ups to ensure timely service delivery.
• Maintain accurate customer records, filing, and update databases as required.
• Collaborate with sales, service, and support teams to create a cohesive customer experience.
• Must be able to lift up to 10 lbs.
