Qualifications

• 1-3 years of supervisory or leadership experience in retail grocery.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily operations of Customer Service departments (Front End, Online Pick-up, Cash Office).
• Ensure departments meet or exceed sales and profit targets.
• Lead recruitment, hiring and new hire orientation.
• Develop and evaluate training for all Customer Service staff.
• Monitor performance and create development plans; foster inclusion.
