Job summary

Allied Universal in Saint Louis, MO is seeking a Security Officer Customer Experience Patrol to protect clients across logistics and distribution sites. You will monitor facilities, deter incidents, and provide exceptional customer service with clear communication as part of a fast, safety-focused team.

This full-time role offers daytime to evening shifts and pays $16.70 per hour. Requirements include a high school diploma, 18+ for unarmed roles, background check, drug screen, and licensing as

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigations in accordance with laws.
• Drug screen as permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, drivers, visitors, and employees by carrying out site-specific security procedures and access-control policies.
• Respond to incidents calmly and document observations per site procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of distribution areas, loading docks, parking areas, and facility perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, verify authorization for visitors and vendors, and maintain logs for entries, exits, deliveries, and incidents.
• Support orderly traffic flow for delivery vehicles and pedestrians following site procedures and communicating professionally with on-site personnel.
