Allied Universal is seeking a part-time Security Officer Customer Relations in Saint Louis, MO. The role emphasizes providing excellent customer service, patrolling facilities, and controlling access at a logistics and distribution site.

The position supports a welcoming environment for employees and visitors while following site-specific procedures. Pay rate is $16.70 per hour with a part-time schedule including DayTime Fri and Sat/Sun shifts.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, drivers, visitors, and/or employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, loading areas, parking areas, access points, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and/or policy concerns.
• Monitor access to the location by observing entry and exit activity, verifying credentials or authorization as required, and directing visitors and delivery personnel according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and notify appropriate personnel in accordance with site-specific protocols.

What You'll Do:
