Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check and drug screening may apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, drivers, visitors and employees while enforcing site procedures.
• Respond to incidents calmly and document observations according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of distribution areas, loading docks, parking areas, and facility perimeter.
• Monitor access points and verify authorizations for visitors and vendors; maintain logs.
• Support orderly traffic flow for deliveries and pedestrians and communicate professionally.
