Job summary

The Glass Guru of Durham in Durham, NC is seeking a Customer Service & Scheduling Coordinator to own the customer experience from first contact through scheduling and installation.

This in-office, full-time role requires you to listen, qualify needs, quote ballpark pricing, and coordinate our estimator and glass technician across the territory while delivering a friendly, professional impression every call.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Experience in home services or similar field preferred (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, remodeling).
• Experience using scheduling/dispatch software (e.g., ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, Jobber, FieldPulse, Yardi).

Responsibilities

• Answer the phone and connect with people, actively listening to understand needs.
• Ask smart questions to identify what a customer actually has and needs.
• Schedule estimators and glass technicians and build daily routes across the territory.
• Own the job from booking to install, including ordering materials and tracking lead times.
• Provide ballpark pricing for simple jobs during phone conversations.
