Responsibilities

• Accurately schedule and reschedule loads for timely delivery.
• Track trailer pools to determine empties for scheduling.
• Provide documentation to validate customer disputes.
• Monitor freight to avoid penalties and optimize service.
• Resolve appointment requests for deliveries within locked out areas.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and other business segments.
• Communicate with customers to verify orders and schedule deliveries.
