Stryker Corporation is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to be the primary contact for customers and to support the sales team with administrative tasks.

Responsibilities include processing orders, updating customers on status, handling returns, creating accounts, and assisting with payments, pricing, and backorder communications. This role supports the sales organization and keeps systems up to date.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process orders (web, email, phone), including order changes and returns.
• Inform customers of order updates, ETAs, shipping inquiries, and follow-ups.
• Address and record customer concerns promptly and courteously.
• Set up new customer accounts and users on websites.
• Process customer payments, including credit card processing.
• Serve as administrative contact between the sales team and internal support teams.
• Contact customers for backorders, shipping ETAs, tracking updates, and paperwork.
• Confirm pricing and notify discrepancies on purchase orders.
• Place orders and process payments for the sales team as needed.
• Update product guides and price lists; maintain ETAs and stock status on the website.
• Monitor website orders and update tracking for shipped-but-unclosed orders.
• Assist the Senior Accountant with data entry.
