Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to work flexible hours to support business needs.
• Associates or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Experience with SAP/ERP software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide phone support for inquiries from sales and healthcare professionals.
• Engage, interact, and respond in a prompt, accurate, courteous and poised manner to encourage positive business relationships.
• Process all work in accordance with SOPs.
• Provide feedback to improve service levels and internal processes.
• Support Sales by answering questions from telephone, emails and fax.
• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions and actions taken.
• Collaborate with Accounts Receivable on collections and billing.
• Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
