Job summary

Burlington Telecom is seeking an energetic Customer Experience and Sales Representative to deliver outstanding service for video, high speed internet and telephone to residential and commercial customers at our Burlington or Essex offices. You will grow with the company, handling inquiries, troubleshooting issues, educating customers, and promoting MVNO/mobile plans.

Qualifications

3+ years of customer service, call center, or retail sales experience; telecommunications sales or MVNO/wireless experience strongly preferred.
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Valid driver's license.
Willing to participate in NCTI certification/development courses and MVNO/carrier-specific product training.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service related to video, broadband, internet, and telephone services for residential and commercial customers.
Educate customers, promote/sell company services including MVNO mobile plans and bundles.
Troubleshoot basic service issues over the phone and process payments or billing adjustments.
Maintain accurate records in CRM/POS and assist with service order provisioning.
Achieve sales goals by soliciting new and upselling services; follow up on leads and close activations.
