Finish Line is seeking a customer-focused Associate to support daily store operations and deliver outstanding shopping experiences. You will engage customers, assist with inventory, and help maintain a clean, organized storefront.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or similar role with a track record of achieving sales targets is preferred.
• Clear spoken English and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs and resolving issues.
• Drive store sales and profitability through merchandise management and promotions.
• Participate in inventory management, visual merchandising, shipments, order fulfillment and store maintenance; follow health & safety policies.
• Collaborate with team to achieve sales and operational goals; adhere to store policies.
• Perform additional duties and projects as required.
