Job summary

Finish Line in the United States is hiring an Associate to support daily operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will help shape the store’s success through friendly service, accurate sales transactions, merchandise presentation, and efficient checkout flow, contributing to our brand’s welcoming atmosphere.

This role requires flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, a customer-first mindset, and comfort with basic math and POS systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or similar role with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Customer-centric with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs and resolving issues.
• Drive store sales and profitability through effective merchandise management and promotions.
• Take part in daily operations including inventory, visual merchandising, shipments, order fulfillment and store maintenance.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales and operational goals.
• Execute additional duties and projects as required.
