Finish Line is seeking a Store Associate to enhance customer experiences and support daily store operations. You will help drive sales, manage merchandising, and participate in stock and layout tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will work with a dynamic team, delivering friendly service, meeting performance goals, and ensuring a welcoming store atmosphere. This role includes weekend availability and growth opportunities within the company.

Formación

• Proven experience in retail or similar role, with a track record of achieving sales targets is preferred.
• A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems.

Responsabilidades
