Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Member to engage customers, support selling initiatives, and perform assigned tasks to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience. The role requires flexibility with varied shifts, including nights and weekends, and includes duties such as operating the register, merchandising, freight processing, and assisting customers with loading purchases.

Experience is not required, but retail exposure or farming and related knowledge is preferred.

Qualifications

• No experience required, Retail experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and uncover needs to recommend product solutions.
• Operate cash register and handle cash procedures.
• Assist customers with loading purchases and stock merchandising.
• Complete plan-of-gram procedures and merchandising resets.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness, including handling birds and poultry as required.
• Perform duties including janitorial tasks, price changes, and freight processing.
