Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a customer service-focused associate in Texas to provide outstanding service and process sales orders accurately. You will assist customers with financing matters, meet sales goals, and help with store operations, including opening/closing tasks and cash handling.

The role requires at least 1 year in customer service or sales, a high school diploma (preferred), and legal work authorization in the US. Benefits include health insurance, PTO, and retirement options.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years old.
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• High school diploma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Accurately process sales orders and adhere to cash handling protocols.
• Aid customers with credit applications and financing matters as required.
• Meet and exceed sales goals and KPI targets.
• Aid in store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation.
