Job summary

Marshalls, part of TJX Companies, is hiring a Store Associate to deliver outstanding customer service, maintain clean and organized sales floors, and support store operations across multiple departments. You will engage customers, promote loyalty programs, and ensure accurate ringing and change handling at the register.

The role requires strong communication, multi-tasking, and adaptability to shifting directions, with the ability to lift heavy objects.

Responsibilities

• Model established customer experience practices with customers.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Process purchases/returns accurately and count change per procedures.
• Uphold merchandising and store standards.
• Prepare merchandise for the sales floor following procedures.
• Support store recovery and cleanliness throughout the day.
• Engage in safety awareness and maintain a safe environment.
• Participate in shrink reduction and loss prevention initiatives.
