Job summary

The Finish Line, Inc. is seeking an enthusiastic Associate to support daily store operations and deliver outstanding customer experiences.

You will help drive sales, manage inventory and merchandising, and ensure a high standard of service in a fast-paced retail environment. Ideal candidates will have retail experience, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or similar role with a track record of achieving sales targets preferred.
• Customer-centric and passionate about delivering outstanding service and memorable shopping experiences.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic math and familiarity with POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs and resolving issues.
• Drive store sales and profitability through merchandise management and promotions, meeting targets.
• Participate in daily operations including inventory, merchandising, shipments, order fulfillment and store upkeep.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales and operational goals, adhering to policies and safety standards.
• Handle additional duties and projects as required.
