Job summary

The Finish Line, Inc. is seeking a retail Associate to support daily store operations and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will contribute to store sales, manage merchandise, and uphold high standards of service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or similar role with a track record of achieving sales targets is preferred.
• Customer-centric and able to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for fast-paced environments.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Basic math and ability to read/write in English, with clear spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs and resolving issues.
• Drive store sales and profitability through merchandise management and promotions.
• Participate in daily operations including inventory, visual merchandising, shipments, order fulfillment and store maintenance.
• Collaborate with team to achieve store goals and follow policies and health & safety regulations.
