Qualifications

• Effectively communicate with Customers, Associates and Store Leadership in a friendly, respectful, cooperative and pleasant manner.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations commonly used in retail environments.

Responsibilities

• Greet Customers and assist with merchandise in a polite and knowledgeable manner.
• Maintain a clean, organized store and ensure merchandise presentation meets company standards.
• Follow store policies and procedures, including cash handling and MOS where applicable.
• Support loss prevention and safety practices on the sales floor and back areas.
