A leading company in the mobility sector is seeking a Customer Experience Representative to provide exceptional service at the Charlotte Douglas International Airport. This full-time role involves assisting customers with rentals, ensuring a positive experience, and managing inquiries efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service background and be available for flexible schedules.
National and Alamo has exciting opportunities for a Customer Experience Representative (CXR). The Customer Service Representative provides superior, friendly, and efficient transactions and offering company approved services and products to provide a positive experience for all customers. This position also facilitates the rental process through verification and documentation of all necessary driver information to provide for an efficient and timely rental and return experience.

This is a Full-time position, elevated hours, working 40 hours per week and pay is $17 / hour.
Qualified candidate must be available to work one of the following schedules:

Sunday: 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM
Monday: 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM
Tuesday: 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM
Wednesday: 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM
Thursday: 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM
Friday: OFF
Saturday: OFF
