This Role

We are seeking a professional Customer Experience (Customer Service) Representative for a remote role, ideally located within a commutable distance to our Grand Rapids, Michigan office.

What You Will Do

• Manage customer orders, including checking status, expediting, and tracking shipments, acting as a liaison to other departments.
• Respond to customer requests, questions, and complaints, escalating issues to supervisors as needed.
• Maintain a positive team attitude and foster a collaborative environment.
• Stay updated on marketing promotions, pricing, new products, and delivery options.
• Provide sales quotes, samples, and materials to customers.
• Handle documentation for returns and replacements.

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Fluency in French is mandatory.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook. Experience with pivot tables and V-lookups is a plus.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Oracle or SAP.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without future visa sponsorship.

Work Environment

This position is primarily remote, with occasional trips to our Kentwood, MI office for collaboration. You are not required to work in a call center environment.
