We are seeking a professional Customer Experience (Customer Service) Representative for a remote role, ideally located within a commutable distance to our Grand Rapids, Michigan office.
This position is primarily remote, with occasional trips to our Kentwood, MI office for collaboration. You are not required to work in a call center environment.
