National and Alamo has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Experience Representative (CXR). The Customer Service Representative provides superior, friendly, and efficient transactions, offering company-approved services and products to ensure a positive customer experience. This role also involves facilitating the rental process through verification and documentation of all necessary driver information to ensure an efficient and timely rental and return process.

• Hourly rate of $18.00/hour with bonus incentives
• Full Benefits Provided: Health, Vision, Dental, 401K, Paid Time-Off
• Must be able to work varying shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, apart from religious observances
• This position is located at the Manistee County Airport in Manistee, MI 49660.

• Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner
• Manage multiple rental checkpoints including: Counter, Exit Booth (processing rental agreements and ensuring correct information), Return Lane (processing rental returns and ensuring customer satisfaction)
• Provide superior, efficient customer service by explaining rental terms and conditions, vehicle features, and additional services such as protection products, upgrades, fuel options, and equipment
• Assist customers with directions, maps, local area information, and other inquiries
• Answer incoming calls for reservations, rate quotes, general questions, and provide information and resolution for customers, other branches, and vendors
• Make outgoing calls for callbacks and other assignments
• Assess rental vehicle condition upon return
• Report any customer or vehicle issues to management
• Continuously develop knowledge and skills through on-the-job training and company-sponsored courses

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required
• Minimum of 2 years customer service or sales experience in retail, guest services, or administrative roles
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years, and no drug or alcohol-related convictions in the past 5 years (DUI/DWI)
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
• Apart from religious observance, able to work 40 hours per week
