We’re a leading distributor of specialty cleaning equipment, and we’re looking for a Customer Service & Experience Representative who can handle customer questions with ease, recommend the right products (without the pushy sales pitch), and make sure every interaction leaves people smiling.
What You’ll Be Doing (Besides Being a Rockstar)
Helping, Not Just Handling – Answer customer questions, process orders, and solve problems like a pro.
Guiding, Not Pushing – Light sales are part of the job, but we’re all about finding the right fit for the customer, not just making a sale.
Becoming a Product Expert – Learn our cleaning equipment so you can confidently explain why one tool might work better than another.
Keeping Things Running Smoothly – Manage returns, troubleshoot issues, and ensure customers have a hassle-free experience.
Teaming Up – Work closely with sales, logistics, and marketing to make sure customers get top-notch service from start to finish.
