Tasks
  1. Assist customers with inquiries and issues related to wireless products and services via virtual communication channels.
  2. Resolve customer complaints by providing effective solutions and alternatives within the time limits, following up to ensure resolution.
  3. Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction and improve service delivery standards.
  4. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers.
  5. Document customer interactions, process accounts, and file documents accurately in the company's systems to ensure seamless service.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, or related field is a plus.
  2. Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
  3. Proficiency in using virtual communication tools and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
