Coastal Waste & Recycling is seeking a Recycling Specialist in Florida to identify, separate, and recover recyclables while maintaining safe and efficient operations. Your attention to detail helps keep valuable materials in circulation and protects the environment.

• Sort recyclable materials such as cardboard, paper, plastics, metals, and glass from the recycling stream.
• Inspect materials and remove contaminants to help ensure high-quality recycled products.
• Safely operate around conveyor systems and recycling equipment while following all company safety procedures.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
• Monitor equipment and report maintenance or safety concerns to your supervisor.
• Wear required PPE and promote a culture of safety.
• Follow all company policies, environmental regulations, and operational procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
