Enterprise Mobility in Albuquerque (ABQ) is hiring a Customer Experience Representative to greet customers, explain rental terms, and upsell optional services. You will verify driver information to ensure smooth rentals and returns.

The role offers $17.15/hour with a potential monthly performance bonus, plus PTO, health/dental/vision/life insurance, a 401(k) with matching profit sharing, retirement savings, and employee rental car discounts. Schedule: Thu–Mon, 9:00am–6:00pm.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of prior customer service retail or administrative support experience.
• Valid driver's license with ≤2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction in the past 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to work the schedule listed in the job description.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.
• Explain rental terms and conditions, vehicle features, and other services.
• Offer protection products, upgrades, fuel options, and additional equipment as appropriate.
• Provide directions and local information to customers.
• Handle reservations, rate quotes, questions, and callbacks.

The Customer Service Representative provides superior, friendly, and efficient transactions and offering company approved services and products to provide a positive experience for all customers. This position also facilitates the rental process through verification and documentation of all necessary driver information to provide for an efficient and timely rental and return experience.

This pay for this position starts at $17.15 / hour. This role also has the opportunity to receive a monthly performance based bonus!

This position is located at the Albuquerque Airport (ABQ), Rental Car Area- 3400 University Blvd Suite K Albuquerque, NM 87119.

Responsibilities

We are hiring now for immediate openings. Responsibilities include:

• Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner
• Provide superior, efficient customer service by understanding and communicating rental terms and conditions, vehicle features and other services
• Use Company approved sales and service techniques to determine customer needs and offer optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options and other additional equipment
• Offer additional customer assistance by offering directions, maps, local area information, and appropriate service information
• Answer incoming calls for reservations, rate quotes, general questions and answers, provide information and resolution for customers, other branches, and other vendors
• Place outgoing calls for callback management, and miscellaneous calls as assigned
• Assist to assess condition of rental upon return
• Notify Management of any known customer problems
• Notify Management of any known vehicle problems and any required vehicle maintenance
• Continuously build knowledge and skills, pursue on the job training and development opportunities and any company sponsored classroom training
• Perform miscellaneous and backup duties job-related duties as assigned
• Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training and goal setting
• Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
