Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative to assist customers with U-Haul products and services at our Sherwood, Arkansas location. You will use U-Scan tech to manage rentals, move and hook up trucks, and inspect equipment while providing helpful guidance to customers.

The role requires a valid driver's license, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to maintain a good driving record. Training in hitch installation and safety procedures is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver''s license and ability to maintain a good driving record.
• Ability to assist customers with U-Haul products and services.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with U-Haul products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot including checking fluid levels.
• Answer questions and educate customers regarding products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned from rental.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring.
