City of Redmond, WA is seeking a Customer Experience Program Assistant (Part‑time) to support City Hall operations, cashiering, onboarding, and front desk service at Redmond City Hall. In this part‑time role, you’ll be a vital part of the Customer Experience team—supporting City Hall operations and assisting with cashiering, onboarding, and various other team functions. You’ll also serve as a friendly and knowledgeable first point of contact at the front desk, providing exceptional service to our visitors.

As the Customer Experience Program Assistant, you’ll help bring this vision to life by supporting City Hall operations and programs. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in customer service or administrative roles who is passionate about community service and public engagement.
Hours: This is a supplemental, variable, year‑round position, and will work approximately 20 hours per week. Hours may vary based on business need and will most likely be between 7:30am-5:15pm.
The position is limited to a maximum of 29 hours per week and no more than 1040 hours per year.
