Job summary

Ultimate Staffing in Minnesota is seeking a Customer Experience Representative to deliver high-quality support across programs, handling inbound calls and written inquiries. You will resolve inquiries, process account updates, and support retention through upselling when appropriate.

You’ll work with a team to meet goals for quality, productivity, and attendance, while using strong communication to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree and 1-2 years of experience, or equivalent combination
• Prior call center or customer service experience preferred
• Background in sales and/or upselling
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Reliable, team‑oriented, and motivated to learn

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls and written inquiries with professionalism
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently
