Responsibilities

• Handle all customer purchases, returns, exchanges, store credits and discounted transactions while following standard operating procedures and securing cash and negotiable documents.
• Employ suggestive selling techniques to enhance customer experience and respond to inquiries and needs.
• Assist with merchandise replenishment, store layout, recovery, general housekeeping, and monitoring floor stock and fitting-room areas.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge, POS instructions, promotions and advertisements.
