K&G Fashion Superstore is hiring a Customer Service Representative to deliver a world‑class shopping experience. You will handle day‑to‑day purchases, returns, exchanges and store credits while assisting customers with inquiries and promoting products.

Responsibilities

• Process purchases, returns, exchanges, store credits and discounts per SOPs.
• Assist customers with inquiries and suggestive selling techniques.
• Replenish merchandise and maintain store layout and housekeeping.
• Monitor floor stock and fitting room areas and ensure product knowledge.
• Secure cash and negotiable documents according to procedures.
• Assist with promotions and advertisements as needed.
