Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company seeks a Customer Service Specialist to support store operations at Store #708047 in Lodi, CA. You will help wholesale and retail customers determine needs, answer questions about products, and recommend solutions while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

You will handle sales transactions, stock shelves, tint and mix products, and assist in deliveries as needed, all while working toward monthly and quarterly sales goals. Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid, unrestricted driver's license
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally
• Ability to work evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to retail and wholesale customers
• Assist in-person and on the phone by identifying customer needs and presenting products
• Process transactions accurately per store policies
• Maintain inventory, stock shelves, and set up displays
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications
• Assist in deliveries and load/unload trucks as needed
• Stay informed on product features and options
