Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company in Paso Robles, CA is seeking a FULLTIME Customer Service Specialist to support store operations and sales. You will assist customers in person and over the phone, determine needs, present products, and ensure high levels of satisfaction.

You may handle tinting and mixing, stock displays, and help with deliveries as needed. Ideal candidates will have 1+ year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service, and a High School diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in delivery, retail, or similar roles.
• Must be at least 18 and legally allowed to work without sponsorship.
• Able to lift up to 70 lbs. and perform routine stock handling.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies and procedures.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Maintain precise work order files and formulas.
• Pull appropriate products from the sales floor or warehouse.
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications.
• Stock shelves and set up displays.
• Load/unload delivery trucks and assist in deliveries as needed.
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options.
• Comply with inventory control procedures.
• Suggest ways to improve sales.
