Job summary

Reeb Millwork, a SBP brand, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide product information, take and process orders, and answer customer questions by phone. You will keep records, monitor deliveries, and work with other departments to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• 3+ years related customer service experience.
• High School Diploma or GED; associate degree preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide information about products and services by telephone, take and process orders.
• Keep records of customer interactions and monitor orders for delivery.
• Resolve customer complaints by researching history and coordinating with departments.
• Follow up to ensure that changes resolve issues.
• Solicit sale of new or additional products or services.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers.
