Qualifications

• Five years’ experience in a distribution or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Experience in corrugated container industry and bilingual in English and Spanish are pluses.

Responsibilities

• Take orders and process orders on a timely basis.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints; assist sales personnel as needed.
• Update and maintain customer reports daily; coordinate with warehouse and accounting.
