Job summary

AdvanSix is hiring a Customer Experience Specialist in the United States. The role focuses on managing the order-to-cash cycle, engaging with supply chain and commercial teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience, and supporting customers with orders, updates, and reports.

You will leverage your 3+ years in customer service and familiarity with ERP/SAP, CRM, EDI, and MS Dynamics to drive process improvements and proactive service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years customer service or related experience.
• Experience with ERP/SAP, CRM, EDI or MS Dynamics is preferred.
• Must have experience using Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage the order-to-cash process and collaborate with supply chain and commercial teams to deliver a great customer experience.
• Receive, process and expedite orders: entry, price administration, scheduling and support.
• Assist Account Managers with customer updates, debits/credits and new accounts setup.
• Process and distribute daily reports essential to on-time delivery and invoicing.
• Cross-train with teammates to provide backup within the Customer Experience Team.
• Lead digital tools adoption to enable self-service and improve engagement.
