Job summary

Qualifications

• Manufacturing or corrugated packaging experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, process, and track orders through scheduling.
• Coordinate with Sales, design, and production to ensure on-time delivery and accurate invoicing.
• Inform Sales Representatives of account activity and pertinent order status.
• Resolve customer complaints and billing issues; escalate as needed.
• Maintain organized customer files and reconcile inventory against orders.
