Job summary

Smyth-Minneapolis is seeking a Customer Service Order Processing Specialist to support our Minneapolis location. This full-time role runs Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm, and offers a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, PTO, holidays, disability, and life insurance.

You will work with account coordinators and customers, handle data entry and reporting, maintain documentation, and help deliver high-quality customer service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer-focused background required.
• College degree preferred.
• Experience in the print industry a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support account coordinators, customers, and internal teams.
• Provide detailed reports for account coordinators and customers.
• Gather, file, and organize data related to customer needs.
• Perform accurate data entry.
• Prepare and maintain documentation for the Customer Service Department.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure quality customer service.
