Job summary

Land Title Guarantee Company is seeking a Customer Experience Officer / Receptionist in Crested Butte, CO. The role is full-time and on-site, responsible for coordinating the customer closing experience and providing administrative support.

You will interact with clients, manage daily closing activities, process new orders, and maintain accurate customer data while upholding the company’s culture and standards of service.

Responsibilities

• Champion Our Culture: Model and mentor others to uphold the company culture.
• Support Our Customers: Respond to inquiries promptly and accurately.
• Manage the Closing Experience: Coordinate daily closing activities, schedules, calendars, meetings, events.
• Initiate New Orders: Process orders by following New Order Entry procedures.
• Maintain Customer Data: Compile seller/buyer/borrower profiles in the CRM.
• Drive Reporting & Compliance: Create and distribute vital reports and compile data for over/short reports.
• Provide Administrative Excellence: Dossier distribution, typing memos, keep files and supplies.
• Represent Land Title: Participate in marketing activities and events as needed.
• Adapt & Assist: Take on related duties to support the team.
