Job summary

Land Title Guarantee Company seeks a Customer Experience Officer / Receptionist for our DTC/Belleview location. You’ll be the face of Land Title, guiding clients through a seamless closing process and coordinating daily activities—from room schedules to events—with accuracy and courtesy.

You’ll answer inquiries promptly, compile client data, and support reporting and administrative tasks. A strong customer-service mindset and sharp organization are essential for success in this role at Land

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple schedules and files with accuracy.
• Proficient computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Model and coach Land Title culture.
• Answer customer inquiries promptly and accurately.
• Coordinate daily closing activities and calendars.
• Process incoming orders using New Order Entry procedures.
• Compile seller/buyer/borrower profiles in CRM.
• Prepare and distribute vital reports and escheating data.
• Provide administrative support including documents and filing.
• Represent Land Title at events when required.
• Assist with other duties as needed.
