Land Title Guarantee Company is hiring a Customer Experience Officer / Receptionist in Denver to coordinate the closing process, assist clients, and maintain accurate profiles and reports. You will balance front-desk duties with back-office support to ensure a smooth closing experience for buyers and sellers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Proficient with computers and phone communication.

Responsibilities

• Model and uphold Land Title culture and act as a coach to others.
• Answer customer inquiries promptly and accurately.
• Coordinate daily closing activities including schedules, calendars, meetings, and events.
• Process incoming customer orders following New Order Entry procedures.
• Accurately compile personal profile information of sellers, buyers, and borrowers in our CRM.
• Assist in creating, preparing, and distributing vital reports and data for compliance and escheating.
• Provide administrative support, document distribution, memos, files, and office supplies.
• Represent Land Title at events and engage in department marketing activities as needed.
• Step in to handle other related duties to support the team.
