Job summary

Land Title Guarantee Company in Loveland, CO is seeking a Customer Experience Officer / Receptionist to welcome clients and coordinate the closing process. You will coordinate daily closing activities, answer inquiries, and manage orders with accuracy while maintaining files and reports.

Responsibilities

• Support Our Customers: Be the reliable point of contact for inquiries, timely and helpful.
• Manage the Closing Experience: Coordinate daily closing activities including room schedules, calendars, meetings, and events.
• Initiate New Orders: Process incoming customer orders following established procedures.
• Maintain Customer Data: Compile seller/buyer/borrower profiles in the management software.
• Drive Reporting & Compliance: Create and distribute vital reports; support over/short and escheating reporting.
• Provide Administrative Excellence: Handle documents, memos, files, supplies, and clerical tasks.
• Represent Land Title: Participate in department activities and after-hours events as needed.
• Adapt & Assist: Take on related duties to support the team.
